Ordered before 1:00 PM on workdays (Mon-Thurs), delivered the next day.
Orders placed on Friday and during the weekend will be shipped on the next working day.

Orders from €150.00 are delivered free of charge, below which €10.00 in shipping costs will be charged.

The right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons.

During this period you can do with the product what is reasonably necessary to assess the product. You are allowed to try out the product as you would in a physical store. You can remove the product from the packaging, unless the packaging contains a seal. If you have done more than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires possession of the product.

If you have ordered multiple goods with different delivery times in one order, the withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you received the last product or part.

Once you have agreed with us on regular delivery of products, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you acquire physical possession of the first product.

We request that you return the product in the original packaging as much as possible.

After you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you will receive all payments, including any delivery costs for the outward shipment, within fourteen days. We will refund you with the same payment method you used to pay, unless you agree on another method with us.

You bear the costs for return shipping yourself. We estimate that these costs will amount to a maximum of €100.

Exclusion of right of withdrawal

Dropshipping is a form of e-commerce, where your salon can offer products via our online platform that you do not have in stock (for a while). As a salon owner, you do not have to ship the product yourself, but you order the product from the Oolaboo B2B online shop. You pay €10.00 for this. We then send it directly to the customer. This means that you do not have any physical contact with the product. The biggest advantage is that you can sell products that you have not (yet) purchased and therefore do not have in stock.

Another advantage that dropshipping gives is that you can offer a much larger product range. The products do not all have to be stored and purchased first. So you actually run no risk.

The product brochure “The Product Collection' can be used for dropshipping, for example.

Imagine you are a hairdresser or beautician and you hand over a product brochure to the consumer. The consumer shows interest in our ambiance products, which you do not physically have on the shelf in your salon.

You order the desired ambiance product(s) via the B2B platform of our online shop and ask us to send this/these directly to your customer. You do not have any physical contact with the product, do not have to keep it in stock and benefit from the sales margin, minus € 10.00 (incl. shipping costs) per order.

Good deal, right? This way you also sell Oolaboo products that you do not physically have in your store!
